General Information

The KICS Conference Fall (KCF) is the Korean annual conference organized by KICS (The Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences: http://www.kics.or.kr, https://eng.kics.or.kr/html/) in Seoul. The KCF is dedicated to driving innovation in various aspects of communications, such as Wireless and Mobile Communications; Networks and IoT; Communication Theory and System; Cloud Computing and Big Data; Media-and-Broadcasting Devices/Appliances; Energy Internet and Smart Grid; Vehicular Information and Communication; u-Healthcare and Bio-informatics; Drone and UAV; Robotics; Blockchain; Encryption and Security; Mobile S/W and Data Science; Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning; and Other Services and Applications for ICT Convergence.
Each year, during the 1-day KCF event, about 500 papers extensively reviewed by peers are shared by the participants through around 40 conference programs including technical (oral/poster) sessions, special sessions, tutorial sessions, industry sessions, and workshops (selected groups among 30 Technical Activity Groups in KICS). During the KCF event, the participants gathered from academia, institutes, industry, and government sectors also expand social networking, enlarge their knowledge, and establish the foundation of potential collaborations. The prestigious keynote speeches and exhibits will also be provided for sharing the latest trends and vision of various technologies.
The presented papers will be published in the KCF Proceedings with an ISSN number.
In addition, the extended versions of the selected papers will be published in the following international journals as a special issue or section for the KCF: JCN (SCIE), Wireless Personal Communications (SCIE), Int’l. Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks (SCIE), Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing (SCIE), ICT Express (Scopus), and KICS Journal (KCI).
